The face-to-face Contenders movie, a long-awaited return for many of us following the 2020 awards season, plagued by a pandemic properly closed by a dull numb Oscar cast: Really Returning to the London C event is great, normal. This year’s event will kick off at 8 a.m. London time for a face-to-face event at the Ham Yard Hotel, with 44 panelists from nine studios and streamers for 19 films.

As we watch the films participating in this year’s event, the windows keep shrinking, creating as audiences slowly return to the cinema, despite many of us consuming high-quality content at home. I feel that my ambitions are intensifying.
